Which items cannot be returned?

Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery; items with removed original tags, labels, or stickers; items missing original packaging or included components; and products showing stains, odors, smoke smell, pet hair, or other visible signs of use.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products, gift cards, digital products, and applicable clearance or final-sale items are also non-returnable.

Items damaged through misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs, items returned after the eligible return period, and items returned without required authorization are also not eligible.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, an uncut unboxing video clearly showing the product and the issue may be required.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after an eligible return has been received and reviewed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
